Negin Jalayer is a New York State licensed physical therapist with over 12 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy. She graduated magna cum laude from Northeastern University in 2004 with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. In 2007, she completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Northeastern University.

In 2008, Dr. Jalayer became a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in physical therapy, a designation held only by 5% of licensed physical therapists in New York State.

Dr. Jalayer has a vast amount of knowledge and experience treating the most common conditions such as low back pain, arthritis, disc herniation, pinched nerve, headaches, total knee/hip replacements, and knee/shoulder injuries. Kevin Zemana, PT, DPT

Kevin Zemana is a New York State licensed physical therapist who has been practicing physical therapy for 7 years. He graduated from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines in 2009, where he also holds a license to practice. Dr. Zemana graduated with his Doctor of Physical Therapy at the Dominican College of Blauvelt in January 2015.

Dr. Zemana has vast physical therapy experience and knowledge in a variety of settings. He also has had the privilege of working in orthopedic, neurology and sports specialized clinics during the more recent years, and has worked on professional athletes and martial artists alike. Dr. Zemana specializes in treating musculoskeletal related ailments, ranging from post-operative care to sports injuries. He incorporates a combination of current evidence-based manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, and a great bedside manner in making physical therapy sessions both effective and pleasant.

In his spare time, Dr. Zemana enjoys playing the guitar, spending time with his two kids, and boxing.

Andrew Cho, PTA

Andrew Cho is a physical therapy assistant who graduated at the top of his class from Nassau Community College in 2012.

Andrew also holds a personal training certification and is very knowledgeable in treating sports injuries and providing the latest in fitness consultation. He is passionate about good health, exercise, and staying fit. Andrew uses various manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain and to improve his patients’ fitness performance. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys partaking in various fitness obstacle course races including Spartan, Tough Mudder, and Battlefrog. He also participates in various charity runs such as the Long Island Half Marathon and enjoys playing beach volleyball and tennis.
